Nühn Records was born as a free curatorial space, where techno is not a genre but a language — one that stretches, dissolves, and reassembles depending on who speaks it. Our catalog does not respond to a fixed aesthetic but to a vision: to build a living archive of what techno can become when given room to breathe.

Editorial Direction: many faces, one core -

Nühn’s catalog grows organically along several sonic branches. These are not rigid compartments, but currents that often intertwine.

1. Nühn / OBSCURA

The mental, deep, obsessive side of the label. Inspired by European techno. Hypnotic repetition, dry textures, surgical sound design.

2. Nühn / IRIDESCENT

Emotive, melodic techno that dares to feel. Built from build-ups, catharsis, and raw beauty. Rave energy and introspective aura.

3. Nühn / ANOMALOUS

Industrial, electro, retro-futurist. The sharpest edge of the catalog. Crushed textures, noise, broken oscillators, nostalgia for futures that never came.

4. Nühn / LIMINAL

The experimental dimension of the label: ambient, drones, narrative interludes.
A space for pause, expansion, and deep listening.

We currently do not accept open demo submissions. However, we’re always open to discovering new voices that resonate with the spirit of the label.
